Delivery & Postage
Standard UK delivery rates apply.
Orders over £60 qualify for free UK postage.
International delivery may be available on request — please contact us for details.
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (excluding personalised items).
Items must be returned unused, in original condition and at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Donations Policy
For every 30 books sold, The Bright Puzzle Company donates one book to a school, library or teenager who needs it most. We reserve the right to decide which organisations are supported under this scheme, but we welcome suggestions from our community.
